International Credit Card Processor Marketing Project Management

My Role

As a Project Manager of the marketing campaign, my primary responsibility was to ensure the success of a year-long marketing campaign. My job included timeline managing, budget managing, and B2B relationship managing to event execution, and my goal was to maximize the outcome of the project that help the business grow.

Challenge

  • Lack of clear project goals with business objectives in the beginning.

  • Resource Allocation: No existing client database in the US.

  • Budget: The firm cost down the budget since the Covid pandemic.

  • Hardware: Many of the targeted credit card merchants needed hardware upgrades to process the payment smoothly.

Achieved A Win-Win Project

  • I developed and targeted over 300 business leads in NYC for market research and partnership opportunities.

  • I was also responsible for recruiting more than 40 targeted businesses to sign partnership contracts ahead of schedule.

  • In addition to managing B2B partnerships, I provided event-related training to business partners both online and in-person.

  • To continually improve the collaboration experience, I analyzed feedback from business partners and implemented necessary optimizations.

  • Overall, my efforts helped to significantly increase the success and reach of the marketing campaign with high client satisfaction.
